Max leads firmwide efforts to improve workflows, streamline data integration, and support the thoughtful adoption of digital workplace and artificial intelligence tools.

Prior to joining Cannell & Spears, Max was with HarbourVest Partners. He helped lead Microsoft 365 Copilot and SharePoint initiatives supporting digital workplace adoption across the organization. Earlier in his career, Max held digital experience and business analyst roles at MassMutual and Wayfair.

Max received a BS in Finance from the University of Rochester and an MBA with honors from Boston University. He volunteers through his university and enjoys reading, playing board games, and hiking.
