PAUL A. WARTMAN

Mr. Wartman began his investment career in 1982 with Union Bank of Switzerland where for seven years he served in the money market and fixed income proprietary trading area. He is a graduate of Cornell University and earned an MBA in finance from New York University's Stern School. Mr. Wartman is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts, Inc.
