WALTER K. GILES

Joined Cannell & Co., a predecessor firm of Cannell & Spears, in 2020.

Prior to joining Cannell & Co., a predecessor firm of Cannell & Spears, Mr. Giles was a partner of Beck, Mack & Oliver LLC for 20 years, managing portfolios and analyzing companies. He entered the investment business in 1987, joining Peter B. Cannell & Co. He then spent five years as an equity analyst at The Ford Foundation during which time he earned his CFA designation. He started his career at WNET public television as the Researcher for the weekly science series INNOVATION. Walter Giles graduated from Lehigh University in 1983 with a BA in Economics and as a member of the Sigma Tau Delta National English Honor Society.
